The Living Fuel Rx Fast
The Living Fuel Fast is for detoxification, regeneration, weight loss (fat loss), and accelerated release from unhealthy cravings.
- It renews the digestive system.

Recommended Usage
- Begin your Living Fuel Fast with a shake/smoothie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and as a snack every 3 to 6 hours.
- To extend your energy and the time between Living Fuel meals, you may want to mix organic coconut oil or CocoChia into your shakes or smoothies and/or between meals (this is particularly true for athletes who are training or competing).
- Continue the fast for as many days as you feel comfortable. For a first-time fasters, 4–7 days is ideal.
